The staff were absolutely delightful, I was welcomed with a Prosecco voucher to the sky bar—cheers to that! Plus, my room was sparkling clean, complete with a fridge and kettle for my late-night cuppas.
However, the shower pressure seemed to be in a rebellious mood—jumping around was not part of the itinerary! Also, no free parking. I guess my car had to pay for its own fun.

Breathtaking Views and Perfect Location for Family Fun!
Our 3-night stay was incredible! The 6th-floor rooftop terrace provided stunning sunset views over the river, a perfect spot for evening relaxation. The staff's friendliness enhanced our experience, and the breakfast buffet offered a delightful range of choices. Request a room on a higher floor for the best views!

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
I felt right at home in my cozy Standard Double Room, perfectly situated just a stroll away from fine views of the river! Breakfast was a good start to the day with perfectly scrambled eggs, paired with a complimentary glass of Prosecco at the Sky Bar-it felt like a little celebration every morning! Especially Bart, who brightened my day with his humor and warmth.

Beautiful views and helpful staff
I had a fantastic time during my 3-night stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the old town, with stunning views of the river and Wawel Castle from the rooftop bar. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping to arrange tours and providing great dining recommendations. While the breakfast had a delightful variety, I wish it opened earlier for early trips.
